Best mild acne treatment?

In your opinion, what is the best acne treatment for mild acne? Every thing I have tried has either dried out my skin or just (like now) worsened my acne.


I have extremely sensitive skin and somewhat dry skin, so I want a treatment that won%26#039;t irritate or worsen my acne. I have tried Arbonne clean and clear treatment and it dried out my skin, and what I%26#039;m using now has oiled my face and worsened my acne by far. I tried Neutrogena rapid clear once, and my skin was left feeling extremely oily and dirty.


I really despise wearing make-up but I feel so self-conscious without it these days because of my acne. My acne has caused me to have low self-esteem, and I want to feel confident in myself again. for a cleanser, get something with salicylic acid as well, like %26quot;boir茅 blemish fighting ice cleanser%26quot; or something soap free, (a gel) because you have dryer skin, such as %26quot;mark thats deep purifying gel cleanser%26quot;

Dieting doesn%26#039;t actually cure acne, you might react to certain foods, but eating junk food doesn%26#039;t cause acne. It is just not good for you





Don%26#039;t get Proactiv if you have sensitive skin!! I have sensitive skin and the chemicals in Proactiv dried out my face, and the stuff stings like crap!!!|||If you have not tried Proactiv, please do. It really does work. I don%26#039;t work for them or own stock in the company. I use the stuff and it gave me a new face. It is well worth the price because it doesn%26#039;t just change your skin, it really can change your outlook on life.
