I get acne all over my forehead, part of my chin, and some times on the cheeks.
No blackheads ever.
It%26#039;s a little oily, but whenever I wash it or put any acne treatment stuff over top of it it gets really dried out and sometimes burns a bit.
Please suggest an inexpensive routine/treatment that I could get at a pharmacy or the mall.
I%26#039;ve tried proactive and it hurt my face beyond repair for a while. It was much too strong.
My parents and I are really struggling financialy right now, so I can%26#039;t afford to go to a dermatologist (and our insurance doesn%26#039;t cover it).
Please suggest something really cheap. The top amount of money that I am willing to pay is about $20.
Thanks in advance!|||(I am a 7 year past severe acne sufferer, so I know what I%26#039;m talking about)
Those locations you have for acne are very typical for the new acne sufferer. You%26#039;re lucky your skin is oily, and not too dry, however there are a lot of acne treatments that over dry the skin, so you should probably avoid many of them.
Since Proactiv dried you out, I suggest you get a different face wash. First of all, don%26#039;t use Proactiv anymore. From experience, you should go with Aqua Glycolic, since it is effective and it doesn%26#039;t dry out the skin, even when you overuse it.
You%26#039;re wasting time by going to the Dermatologist. I%26#039;ve wasted $5,000 with them, and not a single antibiotic nor Accutane worked. They%26#039;re money sucking doctors. What worked for me was a simple cheap acne treatment that was specifically made for my skin.
To the person recommending the e-book %26quot;Acne Free in 3 Days%26quot;, stop recommending scams.
Hope this helped.|||Clean and Clear has a foaming face wash for acne. You can make a facial scrub by making a paste out of baking soda and witch hazel - this will exfoliate. Then moisturize with cetaphil lotion, and use Benz-oil peroxide gel on the spots.|||a bar of the white dove soap my doctor told me is the best if u have one big zit then try crushing an aspirin and making a pasta with water and leave on over night dont over wash your face or let ur hair touch it to much|||grandma;s lye soap i use it too i love it the best part is the bar lasts a month.. you can find it at a health food store or an organic place|||clean and clear oil free foaming facial cleanser, its pretty cheap, and i use it and it works great|||try using lvory soap...
