I%26#039;m in my early 20s and skin problems have never been an issue with me until about 4 months ago when i started getting whiteheads here and there. I went to the dermatologist last week and he gave me these creams to used:
-Benzoyl Perozide 5% gel (day time)
-Clindamycin Phosphate Topical Solution (day time)
-Retinoic Acid 0.1% cream (night time)
I%26#039;ve been using it for about a week now and it%26#039;s getting less and less irritating and the burning sensation has subside, I must say that it did brought up some more acne to the surface. The derm. said it would get worst before getting better, is this what he means?
And for those of you who has experience with a dermatologist or familiar with the treatments mentioned above, typically what is the time table for the healing to begin and the %26quot;worst%26quot; period to subside?
And my skin is peeling like crazy, will it get back to being smooth and healthy looking once the worst period slowly goes away and the creams start working? Thank you.|||as long *** you stay with the program and dont miss anything your skin should get better, but sometimes stuff happens. You shouldnt have a problem i think it will go away soon
