I must have sensitive skin AND I can%26#039;t use Proactiv, it burns my skin and WILL make my skin worse than before I started when I quit using it. Help? I%26#039;ve thought of Murad but I wasn%26#039;t sure... I use a really strong at home Microderm kit(MK) AND I also use an exfoliating brush BUT I%26#039;ve cut back a bit on that. I was my face 2x a day, and I don%26#039;t over do it.Help? |||My daughter haves really sensitive skin and we found that a cream of 2 % benzoyl peroxide works realy great for her.you can get it at any drug store.|||Fruit really helps, so does water, you should drink about 7-10 glasses a day.
Make sure you don%26#039;t use harsh products, because they can damage your skin.
After you wash your face, apply a oil-free moisturizer. You should also stay away from greasy and fried foods, and sugar.
Hope it helps!
(If none of these work try going to a dermatoligst, not cheap but affective.)|||perhaps a significant change in diet, and drinking more water, if treatments themselves arent working...
