Hello, I have a big problem, I am having an allergic reation to acne spot treatment stuff. It%26#039;s making my face extreally red, very DRY, flaking, and my face is itchy! I was wondering what I could do to help make it go away, washing my face doesn%26#039;t help it any. Would vasinline help?,...baby oil? What? Sincere, Thanks in advance!|||Eat a lot of nuts first of all, they are really good for your skin.
And I know its going to be tough, but try not to worry about it, because stress makes it worse. And your best bet would be to go to the doctor to get medicine, from now on ask him/her what products you should use.|||i know it might sound weird. but drink water. stop drinking sodas and juices for 2 weeks
my aunt did this and her skin became clearer and smoother and it glowed :p
this wont make your acne go away. but it will definately help while you also use doctor prescribed medicines
good luck|||Yes, moisturizing will help. But don%26#039;t use vaseline or baby oil. Use one that is recommended for sensitive skin (no dyes or perfumes) and also one that is %26quot;non-comedogenic%26quot;. This means it won%26#039;t clog your pores.
Hang in there.

Spot treatment acne recipes that are effective..?
i%26#039;m looking for some recipes that i can use at home that I can make to use as a spot treatment?|||Spot Treatment:
Neosporin
Use Neosporin on stubborn whiteheads, pimples, and/or scars overnight to help clear and heal skin.
NEOSPORIN: It kills bacteria, speeds the healing of wounds, and can minimize the appearance of small scars. Neosporin鈥檚 combination of Bacitracin, Neomycin, and Polymixin-B kills a broad range of bacteria beyond the typical acne treatments such as benzoyl peroxide. Also, unlike BP, Neosporin is unlikely to cause drying since it uses an oil base (something that acne sufferers typically try to avoid - however, it鈥檚 actually the oil underneath the surface that your glands produce which is more likely to become a barrier to clear skin). It also causes reduction of redness makes spots less obvious.|||First, I understand where you%26#039;re coming from. I grew up with really bad acne, not only on my face but on my body as well. It was embarrassing and I tried everything including cleansers, creams, prescription medications, antibiotics, over the counter medications, and even shots from the dermatologist (ouch!) to get rid of it. I never did until many years later when it didn%26#039;t matter as much.
http://topsecretacnevolution.blogspot.co鈥?/a>
Here%26#039;s what I found out after lots of research and trial and error, the hard way.
It%26#039;s not a topical issue, it doesn%26#039;t help much to treat it from the outside, it%26#039;s an inside job. When you treat it from the outside it%26#039;s like treating the symptoms, not the cause. You%26#039;ll hear from many people that%26#039;s not the case, and it%26#039;s usually because they want you to buy their creams or lotions, and keep buying them month after month after month (or they haven%26#039;t experienced the truth). Of course, when you stop using it (as you%26#039;ve experienced) your blemishes come back... because you%26#039;re not treating the cause. And the costs for all of these routines/drugs add up month after month.
If you think about it logically, it makes sense. Why do we get rashes, breakouts, or other skin irritations? It%26#039;s usually because of something we ate, something that wasn%26#039;t meant to be put on our skin, something that caused us stress and our body reacts to all those things.
Bottom line is that most every cause of acne is related to what you eat, how you feel and how you take care of yourself. Your skin is a reflection of what%26#039;s on the inside. We have lots of toxins building up in our systems and they have to be cleaned out on the inside and that will reflect on the outside. The blemishes, rashes, acne, etc are indications that your body is reacting to what you%26#039;re eating, to stress, toxins, chemicals, hormones... literally a great number of things.
Basically what I did in a nutshell was clean out my system by taking out the processed and junk foods, and added as much fresh fruits and vegetables to my diet as possible. This part is key. I also started drinking a lot of water daily, starting with 3 or 4 glasses when I wake up (adding a squeeze of fresh lemon at times). I also got more active every day, walking, running, sports, jumping, whatever, just getting active. It not only gave me more energy, it help flush out the toxins that were clogging up my system.

Anyone know of any great natural treatment for Back acne?
There isn%26#039;t a real %26quot;natural%26quot; way to get rid of acne. If it makes you feel better, though, salicylic acid is %26quot;natural%26quot; (aspirin) -- it%26#039;s found in willow tree bark and was used (chewed) by Native Americans to ease headaches and fevers. It%26#039;s use for acne was discovered much, much later, of course.
Try any of these:
- Phisoderm Anti-Blemish Body Wash (with salicylic acid)
- Neutrogena Body Clear Body Scrub (with salicylic acid)
You can find any of these on drugstore.com or probably at your local drugstore/pharmacy.
If these don%26#039;t work after a month, go to a dermatologist for more aggressive treatment. Many %26quot;drugs%26quot; have their original source in plants or other sources in nature -- it%26#039;s just that the concentrations of these you can find in foods, plants, or other natural sources are strong enough to be therapeutically effective. (Penicillin is derived from mold, and Accutane is derived from Vitamin A.)
Good luck!|||I don%26#039;t know of a natural way to get rid of it. Sweat less? Drink more water? Or you can try Murad Acne Body Wash. It helped my friend with her back acne.|||bleach

Anyone had acne laser treatment??? does it work?
I have really bad %26quot;bacne%26quot; and and sorta bad on my forehead and around my mouth. i%26#039;ve tried EVERYTHING possible, and nothing works. thousands of dollars on herbs, treatments, cleanses, creams, clays, scrubs, pills.....everything! i%26#039;m not sure if laser treatements are covered by my insurance, but if it is, do u recomend it?????
PLEEEEAAASSSEEEEE! THANKS!|||My sister had really bad acne also and tried just about everything. Our dermatologist recommended laser treatments. They were almost 1000 dollars a session and she needed a few treatments, I think it was 3. I forgot the name of the treatment but I can describe it to you lol. They put a creamy sort of substance on the face and then use the laser. She also did the one without the cream DID NOT WORK and was a total waste of money. Best treatment for acne available?
Other than Roaccutane?
I have tried loads of treatments including the more recent anti-biotic Tetrasyl and they are pretty useless.|||I%26#039;ve used a lot of products but now I%26#039;m sticking to Loreal Acne Response, the adult three tube package. For example, if you have oily skin, you don%26#039;t want something too rich but not something too drying either because that will just make it oilier.
Acne Response + Olay Hydrate %26amp; Cleanse work really great, especially in the winter when you get really dry skin.|||id like to suggest the acne.org regimen. I use it and it really does work. although it is a little time consuming its worth it to be clear. i also tryed proactiv it didnt even do anything. the acne.org regimen has three steps. 1. cleanse 2. Benzoyl Peroxide 3. Moisturize You can either buy it online at the acne.org website or you can use over the counter products that they recommend. Dan the guy who created this regimen even posts videos on how to correctly cleanse your face, moisturize, etc. The starter kit is 34 dollars and will last you about two months. im pretty sure thats cheaper than proactiv or other stuff. if you do consider purchasing this i also suggest you get jojoba oil that you can also order from the online storehttp://www.danielkern.com/. its definately worth a try.|||The best way to get rid of acne is to go see a dermatologist. They will probably prescribe accutane for you. I鈥檓 not sure what you鈥檝e heard, If its dangerous etc, but it is the only product on the market proven to work. Like every medication it has its side effects etc, but it really works. I had terrible acne on my back, chest, and face. After 2 months, I no longer get pimples, and all of my old ones are gone, I just have a bit of scaring still on my face and back which get better and fainter all the time. Mederma is a great product for fading scars too and can be found at any pharmacy/drugstore.
Of course, some parents don鈥檛 think it鈥檚 best to take their kids to a dermatologist and you have to respect their wishes. One thing I found that worked really great for me just at home using simple products was this daily routine:
1. Take a shower when you wake up in the morning and make sure to wash your face, chest, back and any other acne trouble spots with a mild bar soap. (I would recommend cetaphil, you can buy it at any drug store, cvs, etc. it costs about $5) Make sure to keep your hair clean, and wash the rest of you too.
2. When you get home from school remove all make-up. No one is going to see you except you鈥檙e family.
3. Every afternoon when you鈥檙e done homework, put on running shoes, and play clothes, and get active. 20 minutes on a tredmill, at the gym, or outside playing your favorite sport will actually help. Make sure you work hard enough to sweat. Sweating is good.
4. When you come back from getting some fresh air, go take a shower. Sweating releases all the oil in your pores, along with any dirt. But if you don鈥檛 clean it off, it will get stuck right back in the pores, causing more acne. Make sure to run hot water on your skin which opens the pores even more before scrubbing. Then when done run cold water all over your body for a minute, to close the pores back up. You don鈥檛 have to wash your hair both 2 times a day, try just keeping it up until the next morning.
Trust me in a week you will definitely see result for this, and its simple, plus a little exersize and fresh air never hurt anyone!
Good luck! :]|||Talk to a dermatologist about accuante. I had acne for 4 yrs (2 yrs of that was severe and oily) I have just finished a 6 month course of accuante and now i have one pimple on my whole face and its not a bit greasy anymore.

I%26#039;ve heard alot of good things about it. If you are still really hesitant about doing a lzer treatment then maybe talk to them about microdermabrasion. although for acne scares the fraxel lazer is probabaly best.

Does anyone know of any good acne scar treatments?
I dont have horrible scars because i never really had cystic acne. I just have some dark and red spots where acne was before, does anyone know how to treat these besides makeup, cause im a guy.|||Exfoliate daily, and use a good sunscreen moisturizer. In time they will fade. Exfoliation takes the dead skin cells from your face, and helps to increase production of new smooth ones. Moisturizing daily with an SPF15 or better face lotion will keep them from getting darker from sun exposure. (cetaphil makes a great, lightweigh, fragrance free, non pore clogging spf 15 lotion. you can get that brand almost anywhere, but walgreens has a better selection)|||Mederma is good for scaring. What treatment worked for your severe acne?
i have pretty bad acne and have tried everything...nothing seems to work!!! I have used clearasil, proactiv, retin A, neutrogena....the list goes on and on but none of them worked for me. What worked for you?|||he products you are using, are they Salsylic Acid or Benzoyl peroxide? BP can be VERY drying. I personally like SA better. Salsylic acid it really good. It is in almost all acne washes. Benzoyl Peroxide is too drying for me! Try finding a face lotion with SA in it. Clean and Clear has a good moisturizer with SA and it helps keep pimples at bay. It is only about $5 a bottle and lasts about 2 months and you can get it at your local store. I have used this in the past and it works well. Personally, I use Biore products (which you get over the counter. Their products range from $5-$10). They are harsh on pimples, but not on your face.
Personally, Proactive didn%26#039;t work for me. I have been using Biore products for over a year and I hardly ever break out! Occasionally I will get one or two, but nothing bad. I use Biore Ice Cleanser and warming facial scrub every morning. And then 3-4 day s a week I use Biore purging pore cream scrub. For body acne I use Neutrogena acne body wash I never break out on my body. It gets 110 in summer so sweat in inevitably, yet I never break out. Give it a try. All of it is cheap too. About $5-10 depending on what you buy! Salsylic acid it really good. It is in almost all acne washes. Benzoyl Peroxide is too drying for me! What is the best way to cure acne?? I prefer a natural treatment.?
this will sound weired....try using turps mixed with some cream 50%50 of each|||Hmm, I would suggest Tea Tree Oil products which kills germs and help oily skin. Also use products with squalene which helps regenerate the skin. Also do this test to see if you have %26#039;dehydrated%26#039; acne. Wash your face, and don%26#039;t apply nothing. Wait about 15-20 mins, if your skin is dry, then your skin is dehydrated meaning that it can%26#039;t regenerate so the dead skin layers build up, which clogs pores and gets acne. I it%26#039;s oily, then you truly have oily skin. Squalene, jojoba, olive oil would be helpful because they moisturize and are not clogging, if you have dehyrated acne. What are the best acne treatments that have worked for you? And why have they worked so well?
I am now 28 and my acne started around 13-14 years old. I got it bad and really fast. I had blackheads, whiteheads, and (UGH) cystic acne. I washed my skin 2-3 daily and never touched my face. I even stayed away from the rumored pizza and chocolate theory. (I%26#039;m glad that has been disproven..) From my early teens, my mom bought me everything that could come off of a shelf of a drug store and holistic stores that said %26quot;ACNE%26quot; on it. Nothing worked for me. Then I went to the dermatologist and I think he prescribed me everything that was ever made by phamaceutical (sp?) companies and that stuff helped a little, but never made it completely go away. Then I tried Accutane. It took two rounds for it to work, but that was the only thing that actually worked for me. I still get minor pimples here and there, but I use Proactiv solutions and that usually keeps my skin perfectly clear.
I think why Accutane and Proactiv have worked for me is because of the exfoliation. If dead skin cells accumulate on your skin, it can clog your pores and congratulations, you get a zit. Accutane kind of exfoliated from the inside out and Proactiv exfoliates in a topical way. If Accutane is too serious for you, I would try Proactiv or another wash that has exfoliants in it.
Even though the chocolate and pizza theories have been nixed (they DO NOT cause pimples), they have found that diets high in dairy can also lead to break outs because of the hormones in most dairy products. Try going without dairy for a while and see if that helps. If you are worried about Calcium intake, take a supplement.
Hope this helps!|||Well mine was never soo bad as some peoples but here is a secret.

Try not to use too much products on your skin and give them at least 3-4 weeks to start seeing a difference.

What are some really fast acne spot treatments that WORK?
I%26#039;m willing to spend a lot. I really need something that works, I%26#039;m tired of these pimples coming up out of no where. Hope you can help!
Thanks!|||AcneFree! It works great! It may sting a little at first, but it really works. It%26#039;s in a little orange box, and it%26#039;s actually just a little orange tube on the inside. Unfortunately, it%26#039;s also pricey. Around 20 dollars when I bought it. But it works and it actually lasts for a while.
I had pretty bad acne, and you still have to use it daily, but I think it took about a week to show really good improvements, which is faster than a lot of other treatments. Most take up to two or three weeks.
Also, a warning. It makes my skin dry. It might not make yours dry, because I have very sensitive skin. But don%26#039;t be freaked if it happens because you can use some lotion or something.|||I went to the dermatologist. It is the best way to cure your acne.

Acne Treatments and or Home Remedies ?
I am 15 years of age.. and i have acne on my face back and shoulders and i was wondering what product works the best for face acne/pimples i get the big ones :( and they make so mad.. i just get it on fore head and on the sides and somewhat cheeks i don%26#039;t have it all over but they get pretty big so any treatments, products , home remedies i can use for my face..I am currently using oxypads triple threat with cleanser.|||YOu should wash with a gentle soap, like Oatmeal Soap (Neutrogena), and apply a thin flim of a Benzoyl Peroxde ointment to the areas. If it%26#039;s as bad as you say, you may need to see a dermatologist, for more intensive treatment.
Does anyone know any good treatment for Acne Scarring? ?
Hey all,
Was wondering if anyone knew any Acne Scarring treatment I could get at a dermatologists, or maybe know any cream I could buy?
Thanks in advance, Rikoo|||I had quite a bit of scarring which has reduced significantly since I started using Redoxon Vit C with Zinc - I think the zinc bit is the important element, plus if you think your thru it now you could always try microdermabrasion it%26#039;ll even it all out
Good luck !|||Use Mederma. I use to have REALLY bad acne scars for years, but now they%26#039;re almost completely gone. It smoothed out the scar tissue and got rid of most of the purple pigment I had. I%26#039;ve been using it for about a month and a half and started seeing results in about two weeks.
To use it, you apply it over the scars 2-4 times a day. According to the company, you should see results as little as a couple weeks to few months depending on how old the scar is. For a large tube of Mederma, it%26#039;s about $30, for a small one, it%26#039;s about $15. You can find them at Long%26#039;s, Target, Walmart, CVS Pharmacy, and other pharmacy stores. But keep in mind, you have to keep up with it and you need to take care of your skin too or you%26#039;ll just develop more scars (Mederma eliminates scars that already exist, it doesn%26#039;t prevent them). So make sure you wash your face, moisturize it, change your pillowcases, use an ear-piece when you talk on the phone, (basically make less contact with anything and your face)...But yeah, you get the point. Just take care of your skin to prevent the scars and use Mederma to get rid of the current ones. ;)
Hope that helps! Good luck!|||vitamin c is supposed to help with that a bit, if it%26#039;s recent scarring it should reduce quite a bit but i%26#039;m afraid that scars will take time to heal up properly and that sometimes they don%26#039;t heal, but there will be some good treatments, if you go to your local gp or chemist i%26#039;m sure they can help you easily, good luck!|||Yeah. dermatologists have got loads of good treatments
i think one is called %26quot;Microderm Abrasion%26quot;. It more of less means they take the top layer of ur skin off (not gross like u think lol).
Don%26#039;t know of any creams. I guess if u exfoliate then eventually ur skin will clear up but that could take like years depending how bad scarring u got.
Best bet : Microderm Abrasion. Go to dermatologist. On a Friday, cause ur face will be red and a bit puffy afterwards so u don%26#039;t want to go to school like that. Might need more than one treatment.

How old for acne laser treatment?
just wandering what the min age is for acne laser treatment?
thankyou|||I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It%26#039;s time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!
Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:
1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn鈥檛 use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured鈥f we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don鈥檛 want us to know.
There is a great website: http://acnehomesolution.com that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.|||Im not sure but when i was 21 i had my face laser resurfaced (CO2) I believe. It was the strong one. I would not have paid all that money if i could go back and do it over. i paid like $3,200. im sure every doctor is different about age requirements but those plastic surgeons dont care, all they want is your $$$$!!!!!

Why have so many OTC acne treatments switched from benzoyl peroxide to salicylic acid?
Benzoyl peroxide is more effective. Is salicylic acid just cheaper? Does benzoyl peroxide work too well and they were losing money because people stopped buying the products as often?|||I would definitely have to agree with the allergic reaction scenario. If it gets on my skin I get huge red welts all over and they hurt. There are still many products out there with benzoyle peroxide and most OTC acne kits have both ingredients in them. But for those of us who can%26#039;t use BP it%26#039;s nice to have the option of salicylic acid.|||i think alot of people were having allergic reactions to it, my friend did..and it wasnt pretty
Is there a OTC treatment that works on cystic acne?
I keep getting big zits on my forehead, it is always in the same spot and they leave scars and take forever (months) to heal and go away, any suggestions? I don%26#039;t want to take any medication since I am pregnant. Any advice is appreciated|||cystic acne originates under the skin and there is nothing topically that will rid your face of this type of pimple. They hurt too! If they come to the surface, which can take a long time, then a topical product will help. I have had to get a kenalog(steroid) injection to get rid of a big one. These type of pimples are typically hormonal and very deep in the skin-- squeezing them results in a bad scar. Speak to your dermatologist but I%26#039;ve been round and round with my doctor who tells me the same thing: they are hormonal and don%26#039;t waste your money on topical agents.|||vitamin b5 treatment is suppose to be good for severe acne.|||You can try anything that has poroxide in it. Or sylic acid. Try proactive. It works really well. Pull your hair up and keep it away from your forehead. Wash your hair first, then when you get out the shower wash your face. Don%26#039;t use anything that has alot of alcohol in it, it may make it worse. Have you switched make-up? Are you using a lotion? Stong astringent?

What are good acne treatments?
I have acne on my face, shoulders and chest. What kinds of treatments would work best for removing and preventing acne?|||Hello
From my experience If you really want to treat your acne there are two recommended solutions that should combined together (if you can afford it) for best results.
Firstly and more important, you must learn how you should fix the internal problem that%26#039;s causing your acne, not just masking the symptoms or getting relief.
There are only few decent Ebooks and acne cure programs that can teach you exactly how to cure your acne from the inside.
Where medicine has failed them the authors have done their own research and found a way to overcome acne. In their books they share their valuable knowledge with other acne sufferers. In any case, be very careful because many of them are pure crap with little value.
Check this article for useful information about very known and popular program that can help you to cure your acne naturally, fast and safely:

The second thing that you need to do is to get good acne skin product that will be suitable for your skin.
There are many acne skin care products available in the market right now and it%26#039;s not easy to choose the product that will give you the best results.
When choosing your product make sure to check that you get at least 2 months full guarantee. Some of the big names in the industry are:
ClearPores, Acuzine, Acnezine, Proactiv, Vilante and some others.
I personally used the Clearpores cleansing system and was very satisfied with the results. You can find information and special discount on the different Clearpores acne systems here:

Salicylic Acid
Benzoyle Peroxide ( careful, it bleaches fabric)

Moisturizer.

What is the best treatment for papule acne?
Anyone that has ever had acne, and most of us have had it to some degree, knows that it is a problem. The problem, however, is to be expected at certain ages, and at certain times. We all know that understanding it does not make our consciousness of having pimples go away. Instead, you want a remedy, or a medicine, or something that will just help it to go away. What can we do in an effort to get an effective acne treatment?
Before we look at a good acne treatment, it is important to understand what causes acne. Otherwise, you may be largely undoing whatever method you use. To make it very simple, acne is largely caused by our natural skin oils clogging the pores of our skin, and then a natural bacteria, which thrives on skin oils, causes the infections which results in acne. In addition to this, acne can be triggered, or accentuated, by certain things. Two of the most common triggers are stress, as well as the ladies monthly cycle. Other triggers would be testosterone (in men and women), certain medications and steroids, and simply picking at or squeezing the pimples.
The Basics of Acne Treatment
Here are a few general ideas that will help if you have a regular type of acne.
Keep Your Face Clean
The first thing that you can do, and probably the most important, is to keep your face generally clean. Although this will only help some, nevertheless - it does help. Avoid excessive washing because your face does need some natural oil to keep it healthy - probably twice a day is good, and especially after strenuous activity.
Use Over-The-Counter Medications
More and more medications are appearing on the market to deal with this problem. Because one person%26#039;s skin type and amount of oils may differ, what works for one may not have quite the same effect on another. Probably one of the most important ingredients to look for is benzoyl peroxide, which acts as a good antibacterial agent, and tends to dry out the skin some.
Persistency Is The Key
No matter what medication you actually use for your acne treatment, you need to remember that any over-the-counter medication will not work overnight. It will take at least a couple of days - if not a week or more, to see any real results.
If these do not work, or if you have a more serious acne, visit your general practitioner who can help you with a stronger acne treatment.|||There%26#039;s something in a turquoise bottle, %26amp; the brand starts with a B, 5-7$ i think. . you can go to walmart there%26#039;s not much of their products but they do have commercials.
You can also buy Wexler M.D. in like a Bath and Body place, $14.99 i believe pretty good
What you have to do is stop switching brands, you can also use soap and water, my mom says that some brand like Nutrogena make your face more oily and/or dry, and doesn%26#039;t prevent pimples from occuring.
When you%26#039;re done with your face washing, dab your face with a towel or cloth so that the moisture won%26#039;t come off and you won%26#039;t irritate your skin by rubbing it so hard. GOOD LUCK :D|||i dont know but check this out- come one in all to the new the cool the new %26quot;www.Destinyoligy.webs.com%26quot; its new so when u type it in it might not come through on an engine search so then try it in the url box at the top if does not come up still try %26quot;www.Destinyoligy .webs.com%26quot; then tell me what you think theres also a link if you wanna use it!!! but i would suggest the first link the bottom link is acting funny but the top one is fine if that doesnt work go ahead and type it in the url box.

I know it has been asked a lot... but would the skin specialists out there answer an acne treatment Q please?
I have pretty average acne for a teenager, and have never really bothered much about it but i would like to start something. The most advertised products out there are proactive and clinique 3 step. I went to do some reasearch and was absolutly overwhelmed. There are so many websites and it is really impossible to tell how reliable they are, or even if they are run by a company!
So, dermatoligists or anyone who knows about skin, of the low-priced range, what is the safest for skin?
I%26#039;m more interested in long-term skin care than a treatment which will damage my skin in the long run but solve my acne now.
After safety, of course, I%26#039;d like to get the most effective.
I know this question has been asked many times, so i appreciate your answers! Basically, I would like to know which low-price-range treatments are safest, and then which are most effective.
Thankyou!!!
Sweet|||Rapid clear is good, if you havn%26#039;t tried it yet, i suggest you use the scrub and spot cream
with the scrub wash your face 2 times a day with hot water,
and drink a lot of water, and don%26#039;t eat really oily foods, make sure your hair is clean and not always on your face, tie it back
also Jason idea of pillow case changing is good|||Believe it or not, a very safe and effective way to control acne on the face and head is to change your pillow cases daily.|||I like Nivea Young.
It%26#039;s light.
And I also like the body shop stuff =D
Also, just have a good diet, exercise, drink lots of water and change your bedsheets and you should be good to go! and dont touch your face during the day if you can help it. also dont let your hair get on your skin. even though i%26#039;m guilty of that lol i have a fringe.|||Dear any of the strong medications will cause harm in the long run. n if u get any acne cream, make sure the intensity isnt more than 2%.
I also think about long run n so i%26#039;ll tell u dat home remedies are best for people like us.
Put toothpaste on acnes over night(the one with peroxide or mint works best). After u wash it, moisturise ur face coz it makes the skin dry.
Use a good acne medication twice a day.
Use clay mask or fuller%26#039;s earth mask twice a week.
Crush neem/mint leaves n put them on acnes for 30 mins everyday.
Splash hot warm water on face for 1 minute n then wipe it with towel. Put heated honey or half spoon honey +4 drop tea tree oil for 15 minutes- do it twice a day.
Water fruits n vegs in diet +7 hour sleep, thats the real deal.
Dats what helped me :-) good luck|||Well... low-price.... Ducray has some good treatments. They%26#039;re about 20$ for a face wash, I bought it and it lasted me almost a year using it morning and night. I bought the anti-acne treatment (keracnyl) and it lasted me about three months so.... it%26#039;s a good value for the price. It has glycolic acid. Helps to clear out blackheads wonderfully.
