Best treatment for acne available?

Other than Roaccutane?

I have tried loads of treatments including the more recent anti-biotic Tetrasyl and they are pretty useless.|||I%26#039;ve used a lot of products but now I%26#039;m sticking to Loreal Acne Response, the adult three tube package. I used to switch back and forth between that and Acne Free because of availability but the Acne Response works a lot better. It even got rid of my scars, which I%26#039;m ecstatic about, and reduces redness. Though products work differently depending on your skin type. For example, if you have oily skin, you don%26#039;t want something too rich but not something too drying either because that will just make it oilier.

Acne Response + Olay Hydrate %26amp; Cleanse work really great, especially in the winter when you get really dry skin.|||id like to suggest the acne.org regimen. I use it and it really does work. although it is a little time consuming its worth it to be clear. i also tryed proactiv it didnt even do anything. the acne.org regimen has three steps. 1. cleanse 2. Benzoyl Peroxide 3. Moisturize You can either buy it online at the acne.org website or you can use over the counter products that they recommend. Dan the guy who created this regimen even posts videos on how to correctly cleanse your face, moisturize, etc. The starter kit is 34 dollars and will last you about two months. im pretty sure thats cheaper than proactiv or other stuff. if you do consider purchasing this i also suggest you get jojoba oil that you can also order from the online storehttp://www.danielkern.com/. its definately worth a try.|||The best way to get rid of acne is to go see a dermatologist. They will probably prescribe accutane for you. I鈥檓 not sure what you鈥檝e heard, If its dangerous etc, but it is the only product on the market proven to work. Like every medication it has its side effects etc, but it really works. I had terrible acne on my back, chest, and face. After 2 months, I no longer get pimples, and all of my old ones are gone, I just have a bit of scaring still on my face and back which get better and fainter all the time. Mederma is a great product for fading scars too and can be found at any pharmacy/drugstore.

Of course, some parents don鈥檛 think it鈥檚 best to take their kids to a dermatologist and you have to respect their wishes. One thing I found that worked really great for me just at home using simple products was this daily routine:

1. Take a shower when you wake up in the morning and make sure to wash your face, chest, back and any other acne trouble spots with a mild bar soap. (I would recommend cetaphil, you can buy it at any drug store, cvs, etc. it costs about $5) Make sure to keep your hair clean, and wash the rest of you too.

2. When you get home from school remove all make-up. No one is going to see you except you鈥檙e family.

3. Every afternoon when you鈥檙e done homework, put on running shoes, and play clothes, and get active. 20 minutes on a tredmill, at the gym, or outside playing your favorite sport will actually help. Make sure you work hard enough to sweat. Sweating is good.

4. When you come back from getting some fresh air, go take a shower. Sweating releases all the oil in your pores, along with any dirt. But if you don鈥檛 clean it off, it will get stuck right back in the pores, causing more acne. Make sure to run hot water on your skin which opens the pores even more before scrubbing. Then when done run cold water all over your body for a minute, to close the pores back up. You don鈥檛 have to wash your hair both 2 times a day, try just keeping it up until the next morning.

Trust me in a week you will definitely see result for this, and its simple, plus a little exersize and fresh air never hurt anyone!

Good luck! :]|||Talk to a dermatologist about accuante. I had acne for 4 yrs (2 yrs of that was severe and oily) I have just finished a 6 month course of accuante and now i have one pimple on my whole face and its not a bit greasy anymore.

Accuante works to shut down the oil glands and unglog the pores, ultimately leading to clear skin.|||Try acne free.

it might be expensive but works great and does not cause

break outs.

u could get this like everywhere.|||if you crush up a couple of 325mg Aspirin (must be Aspirin, nothing else) tablets and mix with a few drops of water, then apply directly to your effected areas of your face, and leave it on, you will start to see a change in 1 - 2 hours.|||PROACTIVE! Definitely... i have been using it for about a year and it definitely works! i would recommend it to everybody.|||OXY products
