What are good acne treatments?

I have acne on my face, shoulders and chest. What kinds of treatments would work best for removing and preventing acne?|||Hello

From my experience If you really want to treat your acne there are two recommended solutions that should combined together (if you can afford it) for best results.

Firstly and more important, you must learn how you should fix the internal problem that%26#039;s causing your acne, not just masking the symptoms or getting relief.

There are only few decent Ebooks and acne cure programs that can teach you exactly how to cure your acne from the inside.

Where medicine has failed them the authors have done their own research and found a way to overcome acne. In their books they share their valuable knowledge with other acne sufferers. In any case, be very careful because many of them are pure crap with little value.

Check this article for useful information about very known and popular program that can help you to cure your acne naturally, fast and safely:

The second thing that you need to do is to get good acne skin product that will be suitable for your skin.

There are many acne skin care products available in the market right now and it%26#039;s not easy to choose the product that will give you the best results.

When choosing your product make sure to check that you get at least 2 months full guarantee. Some of the big names in the industry are:

ClearPores, Acuzine, Acnezine, Proactiv, Vilante and some others.

I personally used the Clearpores cleansing system and was very satisfied with the results. You can find information and special discount on the different Clearpores acne systems here:

I hope that these tips will be helpful for you|||browse my dear.

Salicylic Acid

Benzoyle Peroxide ( careful, it bleaches fabric)

are the main treatments for acne.

But for the face, I recommend you too get:

Exfoliate/cleanser

Toner

Salicylic acid/ Benzo. Perox. Cream

Moisturizer.

chest/ back:

same, but using a exfoliator/cleanser and a benzol. perox. cream should be fine there.

Go check the drug store or sephora. www.sephora.com

or any other places you know.|||its different for everyone. everyone has different skin and everyone doesn%26#039;t experience the same results. i would try the clearasil stuff. or clean and clear are very very good products that work on A lot of people. experiment with them.

p.s don%26#039;t use two medications for acne cuzz they could cause a rash or irritaion|||ok .. let me tell you i%26#039;ve tried every acne product out there.. proactiv, biore, acnefree etc.. and the other day i FINALLY found something that unexpectedly works VERY well.

clearisil.. the one in the pump bottle with the %26#039;micro scrubbers%26#039;

seriously.. try it.. it worked for my friend too and he used to have very bad acne. your pimples will start drying up and shrinking after the first use.
