I have combination skin, what are good acne treatments?

i was thinking about using clean and clear morning burst, where do u find that stuff? and what are other acne treatments that work good on combination skin? thanks!|||accutane is prescription only, and have learned that there are many side effects, as with a lot of prescription medications you take orally. i would recomment a mild astringent with no alcohol, and lotion with aloe.
