stick to sumthing with the leat ammound of chemicals in it !!
and to clear you poers get boiling water put it in the sink and put your hed inn the sink (not in the water) but near put a towle on your head so it draped on to the ege of the sink so its dark , and that will open your poes the after as long as you can bear with the steam on coming on your face
get a face scrub ( summin that exfoiates ) and scrub away !!
then after splash the coldest water you can handle on your face !!!!
and a then when ever splash hot and cold water on your face to get the curculation going !!
