What is the best and fastest treatment for acne?

This depends on the severity of acne, there is no single treatment and I advice you to seek the help of a dermatologist.

Anyway:

for mild acne: topical isotretinoin and benzoyl peroxide can be used mild means having only white and black heads.

for moderate acne topical antibiotic along with what is mentioned above can be used.

for more severe acne oral isotretinoin will be need severe here means acne that has nodules or cysts.

Best of luck.|||proactive it really does work or cheapest is Noxzema alochol pads and alochol itself it dries it up|||The fastest would be seeing your local dermetologist and getting a perscription cream for it.

But if you don%26#039;t want to visit the doctors, wash your face morning, afternoon, and night, don%26#039;t eat greasy foods or chocololates, and don%26#039;t touch the face (hands have a lot of oils that can tranfer dirt and bacteria). Try not to cover your face with anything like makeup and such, you want your skin to breathe.|||salt water. go for a swim in the sea|||personally i would suggest *Clearasil* because i use it and i have NO zits.....

well....

BEST OF LUCK!|||get st. ives facial washes, they come in several different varieties but they really clean your face and prevent blemishes and breakouts. use a good moisturizer too and if you%26#039;re a woman....leave the foundation in the bottle. too much make up destroys your face.|||i share this question even tho im answering it but can i share ur question coz i have acne and i go to secondary school in england and ppl here well children here will look at the acne across my neck and make funny faces at me and not talk to me and grief me so i need quick %26#039;n%26#039; fast medication.|||Wash Your Face Two Times A Day With Anti-Bacteria Dial Bar Soap!|||I%26#039;ve been told a clean face does not affect acne etc at all.

But there are some conditioners for your skin which can prevent it.

Goodluck|||If the acne is moderate to severe than I would definitely recommend a dermatologist. Nothing will be overnight but they usually prescribe an oral antibiotic (Minocin) which helps to clear up the current acne (a few days) and they also prescribe a topical cream (Retin-A, etc.) which prevents future breakouts.

My dermatologist recommended very light cleansing products (Neutrogena) because regular soaps and very strong OTC acne medicine can actually make it worse because of the irritation.

I have never tried it, but I have a few friends who swear by Proactive, which others have mentioned, and you can by it without a prescription. Although it will run you about $40-50/month. A prescription would be cheaper with insurance.|||defiantly PROACTIVE its the best, but i only used the cleanser the other stuff dried my face too much, and i still use it once a week for upkeep.|||depends on who you are the best way is to go to your dermatologist|||proactive|||a face transplant
