Doctor or dermatologists advice please on acne treatment i'm getting?

went to the doc for acute acne on monday he gave me zineryt to use at night and a cleanser in the morning..the cleanser has no name or anything it was prescription and all it says is %26quot;2% salicylic acid 50% surgical spirits use in morning as a cleanser%26quot; im not a doctor or anything but im training to be a beauty therapist and to me 50% surgical spirits on the face seems wrong? could this be right or could the pharmacist have made a mistake? just wanna put me mind at ease so my skin doesnt peel off or anything lol thanks x|||%26quot;surgical spirits%26quot; is just alcohol honey, it%26#039;s a drying agent.|||surgical spirits are alcohol...
