Neutrogena Wave to me is great it helps me to feel confident about myself and helps to banish zits and pimples caused by my acne but it is not that effective. Does anyone know of something other than Proactiv as a great treatment. Proactiv I think won%26#039;t work on my acne because my acne is Inflamatory Acne or some shizz like that. LMFAO!! So um does anyone have some effective home treatments Its Urgent Im sick of being called PImple Face and being used as an example in health class for %26quot;Acne Proned students are Dirty skinned%26quot;

I just answered another question like this and as a kid had personal experience with it. I understand the emotional side of it and it is terrible.
I really think your best bet is to spend your money seeing a good dermatologist (skin specialist). They will prescribe what is specific to your case and your body. Our son and daughter also went through this and our best results were from the specialist. They will tell you what to do about diet, cleansing and medication.
I would love to talk to your Health teacher. They are really out dated. You do not have dirty skin. This is caused by all of the hormones you are beginning to secrete. Just a hint about washing. It is best if you wash your hands before you wash your face, use a mild soap/skin cleanser and wash with your hands, not a washcloth that you reuse. Bacteria grow in a damp wash cloth. That is one thing most people don%26#039;t know but is helpful.
