Does anyone have any good acne treatment?

ohkay, so here%26#039;s my problem.

maybe like, a month or two ago i got my hair cut.

and i got full bangs.

and before that, i had side bangs, but i usually kept them pinned away from my face.

anyways, now that i have full bangs, i have very bad acne on my forehead, from all the oil secretions from my forehead getting trapped there.

and i really want to get rid of the acne, becuase i overall have pretty alright skin, but now that%26#039;s just ruining it.

it started out with like, two big ones, and a bunch of really small ones.

but now the small zits are getting bigger.

HELP ME!

please, if you have any sugestions, please help!

and i know some of you are probably gonna say to keep my bangs pinned back now, but like, they%26#039;re kinda short-ish, and not all of them go back.

and i%26#039;m NOT going out in public like that.

with all the pimples.

thanks in advance!|||Hello

There are some great ways that can help you to get rid of your acne.

check these helpful methods that helped me to cure my acne:

Drink water

Drink a lot of water every day. Aim to drink at least two liters of still mineral water. If the skin becomes dehydrated, dead skin cells are not effectively shed, which can lead to blocked pores and further acne.

Sunshine and fresh air

Sunshine stimulates the creation of vitamin D in your body - an essential vitamin for healthy skin. A little bit of fresh air and sunshine every day will also reduce stress and increase oxygen to the skin. Even when it%26#039;s overcast, the sun%26#039;s rays reach us, so try to take a 10 minute walk outside every day. Don%26#039;t get burnt in the sun though - apart from increasing the risk of skin cancer, burnt and heavily tanned skin forms a thick layer on the skin%26#039;s surface that doesn%26#039;t exfoliate quickly enough and leads to blocked pores.

Reduce the intake of sugar and refined carbohydrates

Last research pointing the finger at diet - eating refined carbohydrates (white bread, pasta, rice, flour etc) and sugar leads to a surge in insulin and an insulin-like growth factor called IGF-1. This in turn leads to an excess of male hormones, which encourage the skin to excrete large amounts of sebum. This grease-like substance encourages the growth of bacteria responsible for acne.

Refined carbs/sugar = more insulin = more hormones = more sebum (oil) = more bacteria = more acne

Your bed sheets

Keep the bed sheets clean. Wash your pillow case on a regular schedule to reduce the transfer of the natural body oils.

Wash your face

Wash your face just one time a day. Don%26#039;t over wash , because that will cause only more production of oil on your skin. another option is to use very gentle cleansers for normal skin that don%26#039;t dehydrate the skin and wash twice a day.

Anyhow, don%26#039;t go out and buy those magical acne products that you can find anywhere online, they just don%26#039;t work and you will waste hundreds of dollars for nothing.

Why not? Well, because it takes time to get rid of acne and you will need at least few weeks to see any noticeable results. There is absolutely no way to cure your acne immediately.

If you really want to treat your acne there are two recommended methods that should combined together for best results.

Firstly and most important you must learn how you should fix the internal problem that%26#039;s causing your acne, not just masking the symptoms or getting relief.

There are only few good Ebooks and acne cure programs that can teach you exactly how to treat your acne from the inside.

Where medicine has failed them the authors have done their own research and found a way to overcome acne. In their books they share their valuable knowledge with other acne sufferers. Anyhow, be very careful because many of them are pure crap with little value.

You can find helpful and honest review about one of the best systems today in this great article:

The second thing that you need to do is to get good acne skin product that will be suitable for your skin.

There are hundreds of acne skin care products available in the market in these days and it%26#039;s not easy to choose the product that will give you the best results.

When choosing your product make sure to check that you get at least 2 months full guarantee. Some of the big names in the industry are:

ClearPores, Acuzine, Acnezine, Proactiv, Vilante and some others.

I personally used the Clearpores cleansing system and was very satisfied with the results. You can find a lot more about Clearpores here:

Don%26#039;t give up, acne is something that can be cure, good luck...|||Salicylic acid is a gentle form of acid that acts as a keratolytic instrument which supports the bogging of lifeless skin cells. It is considered secured and efficient in treating docile forms of acne, oily skin, post-inflammatory manic pigmentation, and quality transformation of the skin. It is another kind of ingredient found in acne treatment products that works in the same manner as benzoyl peroxide. Avoid using harsh soaps and skin cleansers when you are using salicylic acid. You must also stay away from products that contain alcohol.|||proactive, dermatalogica, acne free, but above any of these, i would definately go to the dermatologist, because they can give you specialized treatments for your kind of acne, not just the %26quot;all-for-one%26quot; kinds you can buy at a store|||rubbing alcohol once everyday to once every two days|||I%26#039;ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it%26#039;s at.

I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.

I%26#039;m 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.

Literally the best acne face wash I%26#039;ve ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It%26#039;s unique cause of it%26#039;s herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem.com at the time which was helpful.

You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn%26#039;t work it will still save you butt on the return policy.

Well good luck and best wishes.
