What is the best complete acne treatment to use while pregnant?

I have dry/flaky/moderate acne prone skin and I am in my first trimester with my second child. I have had acne since about 12 yrs. old and with the added stress of a toddler and another pregnancy my face has just erupted. I am in my early 20%26#039;s now. Anything anyone recommends that really truly works and doesn%26#039;t cost a fortune and is also safe to use while pregnant?|||for sure dont take any pills or acne meds. stick to external treatments.|||I wouldn%26#039;t go beyond benzyl peroxide or Salycilic acid based treatments. You%26#039;re pregnant and I would hope that you aren%26#039;t worrying about hitting the clubs. Most heavier treatments aren%26#039;t suitable for pregnancies, but when you new bundle of joy is out and about, ask your doctor about accutane and finish off your acne for good. Make sure that you really stick to not drinking and follow up on liver function tests though as the medication can be detrimental to your liver especially if you aren%26#039;t properly hydrated.|||i used to have some pretty bad acne, but then i started to use oxy(guy%26#039;s product but who cares), it works amazing, but dries your skin out, but a little moistorizer (i just used my aftershave more ofter i shaved but i%26#039;m sure any moisturizer will work)
