What kind of acne treatment should i get?

my boyfriend has acne on his face and he has been using proactiv for quite a while now but it does not seem to be working..i looked in his bathroom today and noticed that he is running low on it so i decided to be a good girlfriend and try to get something that works better for him but im not sure what to get him!!! I do not use anything so im not sure what to get him lol
