Here are some REALLY good, and very inexpensive ways to treat most acne at home. Try each method (unless you鈥檙e allergic to the ingredients) until you find one that works best for you. Good luck =) BTW, I know some of these may sound bizarre but try them鈥hat have you got to lose other than the acne!!
1. Put toothpaste on your acne before going to bed. (Make sure it is paste not gel). It should reduce the swelling of acne noticeably.
2. Dab egg whites on your acne and leave on for 20 minutes or overnight. It鈥檚 supposed to pull the infection out of the blemish.
3. Wash acne infected areas twice a day with warm salt water. This reduces oils in the skin and helps to dry the acne up without further agitation.
4. Use ice on acne before going to bed. This works best on pimples that have not yet formed a head. It reduces swelling and helps to prevent scarring.
5. Wash and dab acne with cotton balls that have been soaked in vinegar. Let dry; do not wash off immediately.
6. Place strawberries leaves over your acne and the alkalinity will help to reduce the swelling.|||Proactive always works but before you try that you should try on the spot treatments . Anything with Salicylic acid or benzol peroxide will do fine for mild acne. Still before you try proactive try other things that they have out there that are cheaper and might work better.|||daily washing w/ noxzema, clearasil, etc. or you can try proactive.|||Since your acne is mild, you don%26#039;t need anything as strong (and expensive) as Proactive.
Wash your face 3x/day with a foaming cleanser made for sensitive skin (check out Dove). Pat your face to remove any cleanser after you rinse it off, then dab a little astringent on the trouble spots with a cotton ball (Biore has a great astringent). Then moisturize your face with a moisturizer for sensitive skin (again, check out the Dove line).
Cut out sweets and greasy foods from your diet, and keep your fingers off of your face because the oil in your fingers can actually cause acne eruptions (no zit popping!)
Basic good skin care will be more than enough to control mild acne and you%26#039;ll gain lifelong good habits.|||Wash your face with a non-drying soapless face wash twice a day.. apply aome astringent in the morning and in the evening you may use erythromycin gel.. Ang during the day keep washing your face quite often with water... and drink lots water... it%26#039;ll definately help...|||I know its hard to trust anything from an infomercial...but my boyfriend has mild to moderate acne and he uses PROACTIV and it actually works REALLY WELL for him. You just have to stick with it and do the treatment everyday.
I also recommend what I do for my really mild acne...see an esthecian once or twice a month. Its not that expensive and they will give you a facial and cleansing treatment, plus they have this little contraption that removes dirt from the pores before they turn into zits or blackheads.
Good luck!|||Clean and clear moisturizer. wash your face everyday and use this. It works and softens skin.|||Mild acne is call pimples. If there is a cyst and your skin colour turns red is call acne.
Mild pimple can be treated very easily, what you need to do is to keep your face clean all the time, at least you have to wash it minimum 3 times a day.
Go for some pimple cream that is more economical. Any pimple cream that has Benzoyl Peroxide will do the work to get rid of your pimples. GOOD LUCK.|||clean several times daily with hot water no soap eat more rice multi-vitamin a good idea.|||Acne Removal?
