Whats the best acne treatment for my skin?

ive been trying to find a product for me. im too afraid to try proacvtive because it will be too harsh. i used deep clean neautrogena wash and on the spot stuff but i think my skin is too used to that and doesnt work. ive been trying clean and clear on the spot treatment with neautrogena oil free scne was with beads. i cant tell yet if its working cause ive been switching too much. my skin is not oily or dry and i have somewhat mild acne. soo what would be best for my skin? what did you use? how long did it take to see results?|||aaah, me too, me too!

i%26#039;ve used neutrogena and clean and clear and those didn%26#039;t do that much for me. :(

i had to go to the dermatologist for my problems. he put me thru a series of Retin-A, Differin, Tazorac, and now i%26#039;m Epiduo. at first, Epiduo didn%26#039;t help me that much, but after stopping use of the Neutrogena acne wash and switching to the milder Skin Effects brand cleanser, it helped me clear up a lot. i think the neutrogena was too strong for me. maybe its the same for you? switching certainly helped me clear up.

and always remember to put on moisturizer! i use garnier and believe me, its AWESOME. my flaky dry skin on my cheeks (i have combination skin) is clearing up, and it smells soo good!|||Shea Moisture%26#039;s African Black Soap is purifying, gentle, and really clears up skin. Plus, you can use it on both your face and body. You can find it at Target or online. http://www.sheamoisture.com/products/pro鈥?/a>

Another great soap for both your face and body is Dr. Bronner%26#039;s Hemp Peppermint Liquid Castile Soap. The formulation of this soap is beautiful; it keeps skin clear without being drying, and it literally makes your skin tingly-clean and fresh. You can find Dr. Bronner%26#039;s Magic Soaps at most health food stores or online. http://www.drbronner.com/DBMS/PEP.htm

A combination of these two products keeps my skin absolutely clear.

Oh, and donate your used toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower gel, and soap)! I was thinking that you might want to check out Clean The World ( http://www.cleantheworld.org ) and perhaps send the remnants of your used toiletries to them via Central Care Mission. I%26#039;m a big fan of fun bath products, but any that don%26#039;t suit my fancy, or the last bits of the soap bars, get sent to them to help prevent disease and death in Third World countries.

Thanks, and have a great day!|||I would recommend That%26#039;s Deep purifying cleanser from Mark. You have to order it online but it%26#039;s totally worth it. I used it for a few days and my skin got way clearer. It was less than 2 weeks before it was completely clear. I had tried a whole bunch of other ones too. I have %26quot;normal%26quot; skin as well and mine was mild to moderate acne and it cleared it right up :) Hope you find your solution!!
