I%26#039;ve been reading lots of things about proactiv, skin id, clear pores and other things but I really need to know the best thing.
I%26#039;ve had acne since the 6th grade, I%26#039;m a junior now. I honestly don%26#039;t want to go the last two years in high school with acne. I%26#039;m scared my face is going to be like this my whole life. At one point I bought Acne Free and it worked like a miracle. Then I was stupid and quit using it. My face broke right back out again. I bought some more of the Acne Free but it did nothing. It was like my skin came immune to it. So, I started using Noxima pads in the morning and night, and they worked. It cleared my face right up. As soon as I stopped using them, BAM broke out again. Now I%26#039;m pretty sure they won%26#039;t work.
So what I%26#039;m basically saying people is what can I do to get rid of this acne? It%26#039;s not severe acne but it%26#039;s noticeable. I mainly have it on my forehead but occasionally I get them on my chin and nose area. All I want is to have clear skin. Is that to much to ask?
Someone please help me. This is seriously starting to get to me. =(

Only medicines from a Doctor, facial %26amp; body products help to prevent it. You will grow out of it eventually.
Not all products work, some work for a week or so then acne gets use to it and comes back.

They say there is NO link between acne and diet. But I personally think it helps to eat the right things, its probably a mental thing.

SHAVING:
If you get shaving rash or even more acne the morning after shaving.

Ditch the wet shave and the electric shaver.

Acne can be effectively treated, although response may sometimes be slow. Where possible, avoid excessively humid conditions such as a sauna, working in an unventilated kitchen or tropical vacations (but ultraviolet light helps).
Try not to apply irritant oils or cosmetics to the affected skin.
