Whats the best acne treatment?

I was looking for good acne treatments today and saw a lot of reviews for proactive. Some people said it made their skin worse and some people said it made it clear up and then a month later came back worse. I don%26#039;t want either of those things to happen.





Is there another acne treatment that will work real well so my acne will go away and not come back? I know it won%26#039;t go away over night. I just want it to go away.





Oh and it%26#039;s not for face acne. For some reason I don%26#039;t have any of that. It%26#039;s for back acne. I didn%26#039;t think it mattered, though, whether it was for you face or not.|||The treatments for face and body acne are a bit different because the skin on the face is more sensitive than the skin on the body.





I wouldn%26#039;t recommend Proactiv for the body. Some good inexpensive products are: Neutrogena Clean %26amp; Clear Body Wash, Neutrogena Clean %26amp; Clear Body Scrub, Stiefel Salycilic Acid Soap (you may have to ask a pharmacist to order it for you, but you don%26#039;t need a prescription for it, and Lava Soap. Lava Soap is the cheapest and lasts the longest. Almost any soap with benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, tea tree oil or neem oil will do the job. Benzoyl peroxide and salycilic acid work faster. Tea tree oil takes a little longer, but it does not dry the skin out like the others will. Just make sure to moisturize with a fragrance free lotion afterwards.





You can also spot-treat with benzoyl peroxide treatments like Neutrogena On-The-Spot.
